The Organizing Committee of the 2026 Joint Congress of AiCVS and AiCVIM warmly invites researchers and clinicians to submit abstracts of original studies or clinical case reports for presentation at the Congress in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, on December 12–13, 2026.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • Animal welfare & ethics All submitted research must comply with international standards for animal welfare, ethical conduct, and data protection.
  • Originality The work must be original and not previously published or presented at another conference.
  • Co-author approval The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors have consented to this submission.
  • Template & format Please use the Official Abstract Template and strictly follow the provided instructions.
  • Language & content The abstract must be written in English and include the title, authors, affiliations, and structured text body.
  • Word Count The abstract text body must not exceed 250 words (excluding the title, authors, and affiliations).
  • File naming format Surname - College - Category (e.g., Chang - AiSVIM AiCVIM - Neurology). For submission to AiSVS-AiCVS, the categories include orthopedics, soft tissue surgery, neurosurgery, anesthesia & analgesia, and other. For submission to AiSVIM-AiCVIM, the categories include internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, oncology, and other.
  • Presenting Author The submitting author is designated as the 'presenting author' and will serve as the primary contact for all Congress communications.
  • Presentation format Please indicate your preferred format (Oral or Poster) during the submission process. The final allocation will be determined by the Organizing Committee based on peer-review scores, author preference, and the Congress schedule. For AiCVIM, authors of high-scoring posters may be invited to give a short 'flash' oral presentation.
  • Submission method Submission must be made via online Google Form, and files must be uploaded in .docx format.
  • Submission confirmation You will receive a formal confirmation within three working days. If you do not hear from aicvs.aicvim2026@gmail.com by then, please contact us.
  • Mandatory registration Presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register by October 31, 2026. Failure to register by this date will result in removal from the scientific program.
  • Registration discount A registration special rate applies exclusively to the presenting author of an accepted abstract.
  • Publication rights The Organizing Committee reserves the right to publish accepted abstracts in the official Congress proceedings.
